Shipment Options:

►Shipment to U.S. Residence

FedEx: Home Delivery USPS: Priority Mail or First Class Mail

►Shipping Elements: 1) We will confirm your order via e-mail as soon as possible once you make the order. 2) We will ship out the framed silk embroidery art items 1 to 3 work days after your payment is accepted and we will send you the tracking number via e-mail. 3) For Order-to-make items, we will confirm with you after your deposit (50% of the charge) has been made and will maintain contact with you for the embroidering processes via e-mails. We will ship out the finished embroidery art items after your final payment (50% of the charge) is completed. 4) We inspect and pack your order very carefully to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

►Shipment to Other Countries--International shipping
All purchases from other countries beside U.S. The shipments will be International Express through USPS and the costs will be calculated. Please contact us for your order before processing them.

►Shipment from China to your address
Air: via China post office and your local post office. Delivery within 5 working days. SAL: Surface Air Lifted. Via China post office & your local post office, a combination of air and surface. Delivery in about 30 days.
Surface: via China post office & your local post office. Delivery within 60 days. Please check your country Customs regulations.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your embroidery art items received from us, due to any of the reasons, you may contact with us within 7 days after you receive your package. You may return the items back to our Los Angeles office in the condition which you received the items within 7 days after we give you RTI#. After receiving the items which are in good condition, we will return the money back to you right away. But We do not refund your shipping fees.

Payment Options

We accept most major credit cards, debit card payment through PayPal, money order, personal check, cashiers check and e-check. Please allow us one week to clear the personal or business checks before we get ready for your shipment. Also we accept payment via phone calls, faxes and e-mails.

Refund Policy

We will refund your payment back for the approved returns, but will charge 3.9%+$0.30 of your total payments to you for unproved transactions, like international purchases without our permission, because we will be charged by PayPal for refunds.
