Description: This is a metallic & silk thread embroidery piece of a girl dancing from Yunnan style, Southern China. This piece used special techniques which is couching stitch. Simple, beautiful, colorful and shine lines formed a modern look image.

Put metallic thread along with the designed pattern and fix them by silk thread firmly on satin materials which is called couch stitch method. All colors and different stitches from metallic or silk thread have to combine harmoniously. It was nicely done and looks solid.
