Description: This is metallic and silk thread embroidery piece of a famous pattern -- Dragon  Phoenix with Ball. The dragon flies and the phoenix dances firmly and gently together. It constitutes a quaint and heroic pattern. The pattern symbolizes harmonious, strength and luck in general.

This piece needed special techniques and stitches to embroider on the satin materials with the golden metal threads which is couch stitches. It is not easy to work with for the embroiderer but it is nicely done.
