This is an embroidery recreation of a classic garden view from Suzhou, southern China. Traditional building with arched door, wood structure with amazingly curved patterns and the big bricks built on arched door bring us back to the style form hundred years ago. We can see clearly the trees on bank, stones in pond, flowers outside of the door through the arched door. The shadows on the surface of arched door were done so detailed, so you can see the bricks and seams and even reflections inside of the shadows. The shadows on floor were done very well too and clear patterns from the curved wood fence were well manifested.

This is a fully and densely stitched wonderful silk embroidery piece.
