Description: This is an embroidery recreation of a peony flower. This is the one of the different versions of Chinese Hua Kai Fugui -- painting of  peony flower. Hua Kai Fugui means the best wishes for happiness, wealth and long-live life in China.

It is only one flower but was stitched solid and smooth. The red peony flower blossoms beautifully with blue-green leaves.  Color transferring on petal of the flower is detailed and gradations are handled well.
