This is an embroidery recreation of a light brown flower. Beautiful but simple image gives so much imaginations. This piece focus on a single flower with darker or light brown colors. The colors are subtle combined together for the petals and leaves. Some negative spaces inside of the petals and one leave without stitches made the embroidery piece more artistic. which is different from traditional Chinese bright flower images. It is romantic and was well stitched. The transferring of colors on the petals is detailed and gradations are handled well.
