Description:

This is a silk embroidery recreation of two Cranes. They wave their wings and arch their head singing loud. They look like dancing and shouting together. The two characters at upper right corner mean “dancing cranes” and the stamp means "Xing Embroidery Fine work". They were all stitched also.

Animals and portraits are more difficult in embroidery making. Feather stitches were specially made for dimensional look. The feather finished one piece after another and they look so detailed and real. Their postures are vivid and vigorous. One Crane jumped up and brandish their wings in the air.
